My Approach

I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative counselling style rooted in both talk therapy and somatic work. We pay attention to how your body experiences emotions, using mindfulness and sensorimotor techniques to support healing.

While somatic therapy is a key part of what I do, I know no single approach fits everyone — I tailor sessions to your needs, blending body awareness with conversation to best support your journey.
