You may be high-functioning and self-aware, yet still find yourself caught in relationship cycles that don’t make sense. Maybe you long for closeness but feel anxious when it arrives. You might notice yourself pulling away, over-giving, or repeating old dynamics with partners, family, or friends.

Counselling offers a place to slow down, make sense of these patterns, and begin shifting them. Together, we work not only with your thoughts but also with your body and nervous system, where these patterns are held.

My Approach

I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative style that combines talk therapy with somatic awareness. Together we pay close attention to how emotions and attachment patterns live in the body.

My sessions often include:

Attachment-based therapy to understand and shift relationship dynamics

Parts work to bring healing to protective and vulnerable parts of yourself

Inner child work to tend to early experiences still shaping your relationships

Mindfulness and somatic awareness practices to support regulation and integration

Every session is tailored to you, blending conversation and body-based practices to support meaningful, lasting relational change.
